TERMS OF SALE

 

  1. All sale goods are offered "as is" and the Purchaser unconditionally accepts such goods' condition.
  2. To ensure the quality of goods on offer is acceptable, the Purchaser is requested to complete a detailed quality inspection of goods prior to purchase. If the Purchaser chooses not to carry out this inspection, the Purchaser unconditionally accepts goods in their "as is" condition.
  3. The Purchaser's issue of an order and/or payment represents the Purchaser's unconditional acceptance of S+A's "Terms of Sale for Sale Items" and "Terms of Sale".
  4. The Purchaser accepts sole responsibility for ensuring that the goods are acceptable "as is", and suitable for the intended purpose.
  5. Payment for Sale goods may be via either cash or credit cards. No accounts are offered.
  6. Sale goods must be paid for in full prior to collection. Title and risk passes to the Purchaser upon payment.
  7. Sale products cannot be reserved and is sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
  8. Payment can be made by the following methods: EFT: electronic funds transferCredit card: visa / mastercard / bankcard (paid personally or via phone)bank cheque (no personal cheques accepted), cash (paid personally)
  9. Refund and/or exchange is not offered on sale items.
